Masquerade with sparkles

This is slowly becoming what I call my Marge Simpson dress, in that it was a dress with nice fabric, but was cut and styled wrong for my shape. This is the 2nd time I have altered this dress from its original shape. I just love this farbric and couldn't help but do something with it for Renee's 21st Masquerade Party

This time around I changed the bodice only
