Masquerade Horror Makeup Progress

Description

24th July 2015 went to a masquerade ball - thought I would do a horror mask, inspired by others I have seen online, but this is my own version:
Masquerade Horror Makeup:
1) Clean skin
2) Put in Contact Lenses, use vaseline on the eyebrows and any hair that will be in the line of latex, and with a white eyeliner trace the outline of the masquerade mask.
3) Using lengths of wool, attach with liquid latex on the white eyeliner, and around the eyes (making sure not to get latex in the eyes)
4) Put on a couple of layers of latex over the wool and randomly paint latex within the mask area to give the skin a rough torn look. Allow latex to completely dry.
5) Do all makeup outside of the mask and on the eyes, and also covering the outline of the mask with foundation to give it a flesh colour.
6) With red blush, cover the inside and slightly around the mask area to make the flesh look irritated from being torn.
7) With Red, burgundy, and black creme makeup - do the full mask area with the red, the black around the inside of the string outlines to add shadows and depth, and using the burgundy to Spackle and create different textures in the red.
8) Blend some of the burgundy creme makeup together and Spackle the makeup through out the mask. Then using fake blood Spackle with a sponge over the entire area, including over the wool. With a cotton tips add some blood dribble marks and smudges along the top.
9 and 10) Completed makeup with the rest of the costume
